Wooohoo! Two beautiful days of cruising in the land of cotton! We had a great time on the cruise. There weren't a lot of us but we had fun without you. No one hit the jackpot but we all learned a bit about the delta and enjoyed a couple of days of cruising. Take a look at the photos by clicking the logo above.
And now the movie. This a streaming 12MB file so if you have dial up to the internet be patient. Click here.
The second annual Arkansas Pontiac Association Wheelin' and Healin' car show was a HUGE success! We raised $1,103.00 for Arkansas Children's Hospital. Additional donor money will probably push that closer to $1,400.00 when it's all added up. We want to thank all of you who attended our show and made it such a a great day! To see some of the photos click on the image above.
We survived another one! Cruisin For The Cure was a success despite the rain. Somewhere around 250 cars attended the event. A very special thanks to Jerry and Velma Spradlin, Bruce Rhoads, Bryan Blocker, David Payne, Wayne and Stacy Major and Chris and Tammy Ritter for volunteering to assist the CAMS car club with this event. Remember, if you didn't volunteer this year, we need you next year. It takes a great deal of effort to make an event of this size work so pitch in! Oh yeah, I took a few photos so click on the picture above for the galleries.
The APA sponsored cruise ins at the Sonic on Stage Coach Roaad are finished. We had another good turnout despite the oppressive heat. To view the pictures click on the image above.
The club cars came out to show the old iron with the new during a display at Sherwood Pontiac. We didn't raise much money but we had some fun and managed to get some free radio promotion time for our car show. To view the pictures click on the image above.
The 2003 Pontiac Oakland Club International show/convention is in the books. A few of APA members attended. There is a large group of photos available by clicking on the photo above.
Cruisin In The Rock is doing very well. Several APA members attended the last one. Click on the photo above for more images from that event.
The Pontiac Southern Nationals took its toll on the Arkansas Pontiac Assciation. We returned with two banged up cars, one trophy and a lot of nice memories. Bruce Rhoads endured an accident with his trailer that put a few dents in his quarter panel. Chris Ritter had some trouble loading his car to come home and chipped up the paint on the front end. John Ramey found a new addition for his stable of Pontiacs. Jonathan Lobb got to visit with his Grand Prix Club friends.
