My luck holds. I had this weekend open but will probably be out of town for a few weeks following. I guess I'll stay home and fix what's broke instead.

I'm in. 9am is late though - we did that last year and barely got a place to park. If anyone is intersted, we can meet at the same spot as last year (parking lot behind Little Ceasar's Pizza) at 8am.

I wish I could. There's too much going on right now. Besides, the TA doesn't have a steering wheel right now and the Fiero is DIRTY from driving it all week. We won't discuss the Solstice since I'm the only one who ever cleans it up.

I can relate to that.
I 'm the only one who cleans the Magnum but I rarely drive it.
Then my wife says she can't wait to drive the GTO. (*choke, cough, clear throat*)

Mine has never driven the GTO. Probably won't either. It isn't as user-friendly as new cars and has some quirks that I'd rather not have her experience on public roads.
Cabotfest was cold. About 78 cars showed up, which was down from last year, but I'm sure the weather (and the show at Fairfield Bay) kept some away. There were only two Pontiacs - my GTO and a nice Martinique Blue 77 T/A with a centrifugal supercharged 455. I'm hoping he'll join as he's working on a new motor for that car that sounds even better!
I did talk to several GTO owners (one at the band competition later that day - last pic - Homecoming Parade today). Hopefully some of them will also join.

Beautiful T/A there.... the wheels are a bit early though, aren't they? Thought the 8-inch Snowflakes first showed up in '78 on the WS-6 package. No matter, it's still a beautiful car.... and the GTO right beside it looks pretty tasty as well. Brian, you didn't leave the GXP at home, did you?
Can relate about the women and driving the cars. Jami calls the black GTA "hers" but never drives it, and the last time I think she drove the red one she got stopped for speeding. Apparently, tears are still one powerful weapon to pull out of a woman's arsenal. Thank goodness.
